Dear Redcliffs Guests,

Sadly, due to the terrible circumstances we find ourselves in at the present time, the government has enforced non-essential travel restrictions across the whole country, as well as the closure of leisure facilities and holiday accommodation.

We have to follow these government guidelines and are therefore sadly not able to welcome you at the present time. This decision has been forced upon us and not undertaken by ourselves and we hope that it will only be a short-term measure.

What does this mean for our guests though?

Because of these exceptional circumstances, all of our guests who have booked within the time of the government guidelines being in place must contact their holiday insurance companies where you will be able to claim back your deposit in full.(as advised in our terms & conditions) If cancelling in the future where no guide lines are in place by the government a payment of the full balance will be owed to us.

In normal circumstances we would have been more than happy to offer you the option to be able to carry your deposit over with us for another booking until 31st March 2021.But with not knowing when this will all end and us trying our very best to get information from the government, council and insurers to find if we are able to get any financial assistance to keep us trading, we feel it is not a viable and honest option at the present moment in time.

On a very personal note from us, it breaks our hearts to be writing this as we have worked so hard over the winter months updating Redcliffs ready to welcome you for the new season ahead. Those who have already met us will hopefully know we are honest, hardworking and non-profiteering in these awful circumstances.

We will keep you updated as situations change and please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any queries at redcliffs.holidays@btinternet.

We very much hope you all stay safe and well through all of this and we really do hope that we will be welcoming you back through our doors in the near future.

Kindest Regards

Jude & Ian Featherby
